Reiki Movies

The other day I was perusing some digital camcorder reviews and realizing how far we have come in terms of digital video technology. I can remember when every camcorder required tapes or discs for memory and digital camcorders were very expensive and only for professionals.

Now that digital camcorders are inexpensive and easily available, there are many interesting Reiki movies showing up on YouTube and other video sites. Some are instructional, some claim to pass attunements or empowerments, and others are just for fun. Check them out!

Reiki Eases Dental Visits

I think most people are somewhat afraid of the dentist. There is just something daunting about lying there helpless as someone puts sharp metal objects in your mouth. Even if you go to a family member or family friend, or to the top Charlotte cosmetic dentist, it is still stressful.

Reiki can help you overcome the stress, handle the dental visits calmly, and have less pain after any dental procedure. If you are attuned to level I reiki you can treat yourself before, during, and after your visit to the dentist. If you are not attuned to reiki you can ask someone who is to send you healing around the time of your appointment.

What's special? I sense it's special. The moon is splendid, the stars brighter than usual, and despite it being 'Heaven on Earth'- Utopian beautiful here during the day, at this time of the year, I feel strangely encourage to work harder than usual. I also received the angelic message to ask more people to participate this Sunday. Please rally up your friends to join you this Sunday, so we're more like a 1000 people strong, rather than a few hundred.

If you prefer 'facts' over 'sensing', there are many astrological mega-influences and re-alignments are taking place, as we speak. However, just simply: I sense it's a special time to focus on the essence of what we are made of: pure white light energy.

Hormone Balancing

As I entered my 40s I realized that my hormones were completely off. I was sluggish, bloated, and just plain tired. When I had my hormone levels checked via saliva testing it was clear that I needed a change.

Lots of estradiole, no progesterone, no estriole, little DHEA. With specific replacement of those hormones I am feeling much much better. A friend just had herself tested and it turns out that she needed more testosterone (yes, women have some!) in the form of a testosterone cream. I get my estriole from a cream.

I do not recommend self treating with hormones, but I do encourage you to get your hormone levels tested to make sure you are running in tip top condition.

Reiki and Skin Inflammation

When I was in high school I woke up one day with red rough patches developing on my skin, especially my arms and legs. This was my introduction to the wonderful world of eczema, and inflammatory skin condition. I used steroid cream and lactic acid moisturizers, but in the end Reiki was what eliminated my eczema. The healing, the relaxation, the Reiki energy helped my body eliminate the inflammation that was at the heart of my skin flaring up.
