Reiki cannot solve everything, we also must work with the energy and our bodies to attain fitness and wellness. In addition to Pilates and weight training, I encourage my clients to do cardiovascular exercise, typically in intervals or sprints. One should always remember that fitness is multi-dimensional and all aspects must be there for good health - strength, flexibility, and heart pumping.
