Reiki, Pilates, Fitness, with Lynda In NYC

By popular demand I will be teaching Pilates, Fitness, and Reiki in NYC this Fall. I will have limited availability (after all, this is my vacation), but will be teaching both in studios and privately.

If you would like me to come to your home or office for a session please email me. Prices for in home sessions are $160 per hour for 1 person, or $100 per person per hour for 2 or more people.

I will be teaching at 3 studios, ZenGirl Fitness and Grasshopper Pilates in Soho, Pilates on Fifth at Bryant Park, and Ultimate Body on the Upper East Side. Prices for in studio sessions are $130 per hour for 1 person, $85 per person per hour for 2 people.

Pricing is the same for Pilates, Fitness, and Reiki.

Also, I am planning at least one Usui Reiki I class with attunements and manual, and possibly a Reiki II class as well.
